What is Groupit?

If security and efficiency are a consideration, OrderIt.ca’s Group Meal Solution
(GroupIt) enables group ordering from a pre-selected restaurant each day.Individual
meals are delivered together labeled at a pre-determined time(s) – eliminating
multiple deliveries to your workplace. Employees can enter their order at any time
throughout the day up to the “cut-off time”. Restaurant selection changes
daily for maximum variety, and users receive e-mail reminders to ensure their orders
are placed on time.

How Does IT Work?
Since no special software is required, set-up is simple. OrderIt.ca is an innovative
web-based system, that allows administrators to set up designated employees with
a meal allowance through an easy to use “set-up wizard.
Authorized GroupIt users are identified and entered by the site administrator. Limits
are set, and the pre-set restaurant selection is customized for your firm. For increased
variety, there is the ability to enable GroupIt users to order from more than one
restaurant.
Employees enter billing and accounting information such as case or matter number
they are working on, or department or cost centre that they are associated with.
During order processing this information is validated against information that you
have provided to OrderIt.ca
Every week OrderIt.ca will generate an invoice with all relevant accounting and
order details, dates and times. In addition, administrators have secure, real time
access to information on-line for generating reports by criteria - including dollars
spent, department, case or matter and date.
Your company only pays one invoice - while employees get the valuable perk of ordering
from a wide variety of Vendors and restaurants.
