HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?
You can order delivery by placing your order online
at www.orderIt.ca. Browse menus by entering your address or log in and place your
order quickly and easily.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
Individual vendors may set their own delivery
area. Generally this is based on distance between the address for delivery and the
vendor. For a list of available restaurants, simply enter the delivery address (including
postal code) and the list will be generated for you.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY POSTAL CODE?
Vendor selection is programmed by postal code.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Some vendors do charge a delivery charge. The
delivery charge will vary depending on the vendor. Please see the restaurant "Detail
View" on your Available Restaurants list for delivery charges.

CAN I ORDER FROM MORE THAN ONE RESTAURANT?
Yes you can, however they will be handled as separate
orders.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Vendors define their minimum order for their location.
This will vary from vendor to vendor.

CAN I ORDER FROM MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE IT DELIVERED
SOMEWHERE ELSE?
You can. Please indicate your alternate delivery
address in the order process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Each delivery takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
If your delivery will take longer, it will be noted on your order confirmation email.

HOW DOES THE GO POINTS SYSTEM WORK?
Customers may sign up for the Go Points program.
Enrollment is free. For every dollar you spend with Orderit.ca you will receive
10 Go Points. Points may be redeemed according to the redemption schedule posted
at OrderIt.ca.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GO POINTS?
Redemption requests can be made at OrderIt.ca.
After your request is received, you will receive an email with a promotion code,
which you can enter in the Checkout section of your next order. (please note, the
promotion code will not be active until the next business day after the request
is received)
